Cruise lines are not just for families and kids, even if that is all you see advertised on TV. Commercials for Disney cruises come up all the time showing tons of kids playing in the pool and doing crafts. But there are also cruises for singles, honeymoon couples, adults only and seniors. Seniors today are more fit than ever and they have their workout routines just like the rest of us. They run and jog, they use treadmills and lift weights so why should that stop just because they are on a cruise?
